Two Fabulously Fresh Horseradish Recipes

We’re officially well into summer, and we’re celebrating the hot weather with a limited edition Summer Herbs Horseradish. It’s a light, airy, aromatic flavour which still packs some punch, made with a herbs-de-provence style blend. Don’t worry if you didn’t make it to the market this week, because with this jar you can have the taste of fresh herbs every day.

White Fish with Horseradish Crumb

This dish brings a smile to our faces. The perfectly flaked white fish has the light taste of mustard and horseradish balanced by a squeeze of fresh lemon. Every bite is just what we want on a hot day. 

We’ve paired this fish dish with a classic trio of root vegetables. It’s also just as great with a cold summer salad. We recommend going with a local option like fresh-caught Ontario trout, but it works just as well with defrosted cod fillets.

Herby Horseradish Potato Salad

There’s nothing quite like an aromatic, cold potato salad on a hot day. The light taste of Dennis’ new Summer Herbs Horseradish adds the perfect bit of herby freshness to this make-in-advance summer side. 

We like to leave the potato skins for extra texture and nutrition. Add some chopped hard boiled eggs or a bit of diced celery, or leave it classic. Pair it with any main dish for a perfect meal!
