Grilled Salmon with Maple Horseradish Sauce

This grilled salmon could only be made more delicious with a creamy sauce that combines the sweetness of maple syrup with Dennis’ Horseradish. INGREDIENTS
MARINADE
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoon Dennis’ Maple Horseradish
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dennis’ Horseradish Mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Generous pinch of salt & pepper
SAUCE
- 3 ⁄ 4 cup sour cream
- 1 ⁄ 2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dennis’ Maple Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dennis’ Horseradish Mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Step One
- Heat grill to medium-high and spray with cooking spray.
- Step Two
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl, season with salt & pepper to taste and refrigerate.
- Step Three
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl and brush on both sides of the salmon.
- Step Four
- Grill about five minutes per side and serve with sauce.
