Dennis’ Festive Cranberry-Horseradish Sauce

This will be your new favourite seasonal sauce. Bring a hint of heat to balance the sweetness of cranberry sauce with Dennis’ easy-to-make Cranberry-Horseradish sauce. Serve with turkey, ham, mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a new spin on a holiday classic.

Step One
In a medium sized saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice over medium heat. Add cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop (about 10 minutes).
Step Two
Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Allow the cranberry sauce to cool and thicken before adding Dennis’ Original Horseradish.
Step Three
Add 1/2 jar of Dennis’ Original Horseradish or to taste.
