Dennis’ Festive Cranberry-Horseradish Sauce

This will be your new favourite seasonal sauce. Bring a hint of heat to balance the sweetness of cranberry sauce with Dennis’ easy-to-make Cranberry-Horseradish sauce. Serve with turkey, ham, mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a new spin on a holiday classic.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 jar Dennis’ Original Horseradish
Directions
- Step One
- In a medium sized saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice over medium heat. Add cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop (about 10 minutes).
- Step Two
- Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Allow the cranberry sauce to cool and thicken before adding Dennis’ Original Horseradish.
- Step Three
- Add 1/2 jar of Dennis’ Original Horseradish or to taste.
