DENNIS’ 1-MINUTE BLUE CHEESE SAUCE

A simple sauce, great on grilled vegetables, and of course for steaks.

A pungent, mouthwatering sauce with a horseradishy kick. It will elevate everyday staples like mashed potatoes and veggie platters. You won’t stop finding excuses to make and serve it.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup Dennis’ Original Horseradish
• 1 teaspoon dried mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• Salt & pepper

Step One: Prepare all ingredients.

Step Two: Blend and serve.
