We have a 30-day no-hassle refund or replacement product policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement product.

To start a refund or replacement request, please contact us at noting the reason for your request for a refund or replacement jar(s). If accepted, we’ll contact you within 48 hours with instructions on how to have your money returned and/ or how to instruct on us shipping you a replacement product.
